Huskies' Bark Bigger than Bulldogs' Bite

Opening night at the Tim Hortons AAA International Tournament, both long-time Hamilton hockey rivals went head to head at Chedoke Arena tonight to the beat of the hometown pulse as they met for the first of several  games with lineup that promises to be exciting.  With numerous fans and countless cheers as the Huskies hit the ice, the host team did not disappoint, delivering what most believed to be a valiant effort after a full day of school, earning themselves an A for effort while keeping the Bulldogs within armlength of any attack.  Although only a single goal made the difference as the final buzzer sounded, the victory was a well-earned one that is hoped to boost the team’s energy level heading into a busy Thanksgiving weekend.
