Huskies Deny Rangers

In anticipation of a competitive divisional rivalry in the first seasonal meeting between both teams, Hamilton hosted well-ranked Kitchener at Chedoke today and delivered exactly what was expected.  A convincing opening period by the Huskies set the tone for a fast-paced exchange that would see the Huskies outplay their opposition as they put together all aspects of the required teamwork, producing an incontestable relentlessness that outshot the Rangers doubly.  There was no disputing the talent on display and the hunger that motivated the home team, eventually denying their adversary with a shutout while earning advancement to 2^nd place in their division.
